During this week-long course at Honey House, you will deepen your yoga practice and understanding of meditation. The yoga classes are suitable for people who have never done yoga before as well as people who have attended classes, as the classes are structured to work at a pace that is suitable for everyone, for those who can go further into their practice, the instructor will make sure that you also feel challenged by showing you how to go deeper into an asana (yoga positions).
The yoga classes are about connecting to the body, feeling the imbalances, seeing how they are connected to the mental and emotional state of your minds, releasing tensions and blocked energy, building a stronger body and mind, becoming healthier and creating a more calm and clear compassionate self.
